How to solve message "printer offline"

When the printer display the message "printer offline", try these solutions:


Solution 1:

• In Windows, go in printers section
• Right clic on the printer et check if it 's online

Solution 2:

• Check the USB cable or the Wifi (is it activate ?).

• Plug the USB cable in another USB port.
