How to solve error code W-13 with Epson printers

You can have error code  W-13  on Epson NX420, SX218, SX215, SX420W, SX425W, etc... It means that one or several cartridges are empty et need to be replaced. If the error persist, try this:


Solution 1:

• Firts reinstall the cartridge. It may be improperly installed.
• Then press the "start" button.

Solution 2:

• Make sure that there is not another cartridge that need to be replaced.
