How to fix scanning error - cannot scan error code 2,155,0 or 2.155.13

With Canon, the message "Cannot scan error" is followed by an error code 2.155.13, 2.155.0, ...


Solution 1:

• Replace USB cable.

Solution 2:

• If the printer is connected on a USB USB self powered: the hub may not be enough powerful. 
• Replace it with a hub with a power adapter.

Solution 3:

• Uninstall and reinstall the printer drivers.

Solution 4:

• Réinstall an earlier driver version.
