How to solve error code oxc18a0206 or 0xc18a0206 on HP printers

Error oxc18a0206, 0cx18a0206 could appears on these printers: C7180, C7280,  C5180, C6180, C6150, Photosmart 3310, etc...


Solution 1:

• Press "*" et "#" at the same time
• Press buttons 1, 2 and 3:  “support R0632M” will appear
• Press the button ">" to go in “information menu” 
• Press the button ">" to go in “configuration menu”.
• Press "OK" to go in “hardware failure status”.
• Press "OK"; and the message “failure status: clear” appear. 
• Presss "OK" to clear.
• Press the button "Cancel" 3 times
• Turn off the printer
• Unplug the power cord for 5 minutes
• Plug back and turn the printer on

Solution 2:

• Printer On
• Unplug USB cable
• Remove the cartridges
• Wait until the message "insert cartridge" appear
• Unplug the power cord
• Wait 5 minutes
• Plug back the power cord
• If the printer is still off, press the power button
• Insert cartridges
• Plug back USB cable

Solution 3:

• Printer on
• Unplug the power cord
• Wait 5 minutes 
• Plug Back the power cord et press "#" and "6" at the same time
• Release both buttons when the printer stopped
• Switch on the printer
