Solution 1:
- Power off the printer and unplug the power cable
- Wait 10 minutes.
- Plug back et switch on
Solution 2:
- Power off the printer and unplug the power cable
- Press the power button for 30 seconds
- Remove the 4 toner cartridges
- Download and installe the last USB driver and the last firware: http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04
- Plug back et switch on
- Install the toner cartridges
Solution 3:
- Switch off and on the printer
- If the problem persis, remove the tranfer belt.
- Reinstall the toner cartridges
